With 8 years of teaching experience, Stephanie brings a thoughtful balance of depth, intention,
and dynamic energy to her classes. 

Stephanie specializes in power vinyasa flow-based classes that build strength, stability,
flexibility, and confidence. Her teaching style is energetic, empowering, and intentional —
designed to challenge students while helping them feel grounded, capable, and fully connected
in their bodies.

She is passionate about creating classes that are both physically dynamic and
mentally centering, encouraging students to move with purpose, breathe with awareness, and
trust in their own inner strength both on and off the mat.

Outside the studio, Stephanie is passionate about wellness, travel, community, and living with
intention. She brings a warm, adventurous spirit to her teaching and believes yoga is one of the
most powerful tools for building strength, cultivating balance, and returning home to yourself.
