Kirby Poirier

Kirby has spent over 20 years in the healing arts and nearly a decade sharing the practice of yoga. Her classes focus on slowing down, softening, and helping the body and mind truly exhale. With a background in massage therapy, breathwork, and Ayurvedic bodywork, Kirby blends mindful movement with grounding and deeply restorative practices.

Her teaching is centered around calming the nervous system, easing tension, and making space for rest — the kind that actually sticks. She believes healing happens when we stop pushing and start listening to the body.

Kirby doesn’t just teach these practices; she lives them. She brings a gentle, intuitive energy to every class, creating a space where people can feel supported, cared for, and at home in their own skin.
