Jenn Colgin

Jenn has been practicing yoga for about 20 years. She completed her first 200-hour RYT training in 2021, following the profound loss of her partner. Yoga became a path to healing, helping her move through grief and deepen her connection to herself. After relocating to Florida in 2022, she found Kula Wellness and completed her second 200-hour RYT there in 2025. Through this experience, she gained the confidence to show up authentically, embrace her story, and use her voice to guide others toward presence, self-acceptance, and inner peace. Her classes are grounded, compassionate, and accessible—offering space for both movement and mindful reflection.

Moon Flow & Unwind is a calming, nourishing yoga class built around Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutation), a gentle vinyasa sequence designed to soothe the nervous system and invite deep relaxation. Here is a wonderful teatime planned for you. Come join a relaxing afternoon of bonding and laughter over a passion or curiosity of tea. Bring bagged or loose tea to share and leave with an assortment of tea. If you bring loose tea, bag it individually ready to share.  Please bring 30 bags of tea (about 2 boxes of tea), and you will trade them with others who attend the exchange. (similar to a cookie exchange)  This event is free to attend and we will end with hot water to enjoy tea together before departing. *Must pre-register to attend*
