Tricia Helton

With over 25 years of experience as an ACE-certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer, Tricia's passion for movement has always been at the heart of everything she does. This past March, she deepened her practice and purpose by completing the 200-hour yoga certification at Kula Wellness—a milestone that reflects her lifelong belief that movement is therapy.

Before transitioning fully into the fitness world, Tricia spent 25 years as a dedicated school teacher, guiding and inspiring young minds. Today, she channels that same dedication into helping others on their wellness journeys. Whether it’s through strength training, group fitness, or yoga, her mission is to support others in discovering the healing, empowering, and transformative power of movement. 

Tricia is thrilled to begin teaching yoga at Kula and share this powerful practice with the community that helped shape her journey.

The perfect practice for those new to yoga or/and those wanting to get back to the basics. This is a warm, slower paced practice that will focus on breath, foundation and alignment. Feel more comfortable and confident in your yoga practice while also being challenged mentally and physically.

Get ready to squeeze, stretch and smile your way through Pilates Sculpt! This fun, full-body workout uses our provided Pilates ball and Resistance bands to tone your core, sculpt lean muscle, and boost flexibility. Expect good vibes, plenty of burn, and maybe a few giggles as we roll, pulse and power through each move. All level welcome - just bring your own yoga mat and let's get sculpting!
