Mary Greene

Mary Greene is a 200 hour registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. She holds teaching certificates for gentle, yin, SPRY mind and body yoga and Yoga for Osreoporosis. 

Mary's yoga journey began in the spring of 2021. She loved the mind and body connection and decided she wanted more. She then started her teacher training in January of 2022.

Her passion for yoga and sharing her practice has grown even deeper as she guides her students through meditation, breath work, and the asana on the mat. 

Yoga is for every BODY!
