Abbi Keane

My journey to yoga began in 2017 when I moved to Florida from Chicago. Yoga was immensely powerful in deepening the connection between my mind and body as well as connecting me to my new community as a whole. After discovering yoga and reaping the benefits of a strong asana practice, I realized how meaningful my practice was to my everyday existence.

 

In 2021, I experienced a life-changing event and felt as if I was functioning on autopilot as the world around me remained on pause. I showed up on my mat everyday consistently for months, sometimes even twice a day. Yoga is my safe place. A place where I can be myself. A place to clear my head and slow down. A place to feel connection, smile, and have fun. This is why I decided to deepen my practice even further by becoming a yoga instructor.

 

In my classes you will find a challenging asana flow as well as a deeper connection to your breath. Yoga is all about having fun and pursuing a deeper connection to "self" and I always look forward to leading students in my classes.
