Eileen Nofi

Eileen Nofi received her yoga certification in 2008 from Into This World Teacher Training program, and holds a BS in Computer Science from SUNY Old Westbury, Long Island New York. Her love of movement began with her yoga practice and expanded into Pilates and becoming a certified personal trainer. She practices and teaches in the vinyasa flow style of yoga integrating her love of movement, with the grace of breath, balance, and strength.

Warm Pilates Power Hour is a dynamic mat based workout designed to strengthen, lengthen, and balance the body. In this class you will move through all planes of motion to enhance core strength mobility and overall body awareness. With mindful breath, precision, and flow, this class activated and aligns your muscles for a functional, full body workout. Props will be used throughout to deepen your practice. Bring your mat and get ready to feel the powerful burn. All levels welcome.
