This experience blends slow, intentional movement, supported postures, breath awareness, and guided reflection to explore the places where emotions are often held as the hips, heart, spine, and nervous system. Rather than analyzing or trying to notice emotions, students are invited to slow down, listen inward, and allow emotions to soften and release through mindful movement and presence.
