The Sound Bath is a meditative experience where individuals are "bathed" in sound waves. These sound waves are produced with instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, percussion, and/or tuning forks. The benefits of a sound bath include deep relaxation and relief from stress, anxiety, fatigue and depression. Comfortable clothing should be worn in order to lay or sit with blankets and bolsters in order to receive the maximum benefit from the sound bath.

This workshop is created with the intention of helping make women feel seen, safe, heard, and supported. The time will include but is not limited to meditation, journaling, movement, sound bowls and growth. It’s time to feel the feelings and let them go to step into your full potential. The 90 minute workshop will start with a Cacao Ceremony and end with sound healing. 

We will be serving the plant medicine Cacao. What is Cacao? Ceremonial grade Cacao is the highest quality, whole, organic made from the cacao bean. It is very minimally processed to preserve the spiritual and medicinal benefits. The beneficial qualities to drinking Cacao are:
