    Dissolving Emotion is a gentle yet powerful yoga workshop designed to help participants safely release stored emotional tension from the body and reconnect with a sense of grounding, clarity, and inner trust.

    This experience blends slow, intentional movement, supported postures, breath awareness, and guided reflection to explore the places where emotions are often held—such as the hips, heart, spine, and nervous system. Rather than analyzing or trying to “fix” emotions, students are invited to slow down, listen inward, and allow emotions to soften and release through mindful movement and presence.

    Participants are guided through a thoughtfully curated sequence of poses that support emotional unwinding, relaxation, and balance. Poetry, reflective prompts, and moments of stillness are gently woven throughout the practice, creating space for insight, release, and self-connection to arise naturally.
