Join Jj and Justin as they help guide you through a 90 minute workshop on Wheel Pose. This workshop is a step-by-step guide to Wheel Pose(Urdhva Dhanurasana). This pose is a powerful, deep backbend that opens the heart, shoulders, and chest while strengthening the entire spine. Participants will learn preparatory poses, proper alignment, safety modifications, and strengthening exercises for the arms, legs, and core to build confidence and open the front body safely. All levels of Wheel welcome, we will work on the basics as well as explore some progressive movements into and from Wheel pose
